We do not report to taxation authorities in ANY state. The information that is provided by you to us is kept on our Sovereign Territory. It is used only to process payments and send tobacco products.

We hold all data in trust for the account-holding merchant.  We do not give or sell this data to any outside firms, nor do we use the data for internal marketing efforts.  We ONLY cooperate with law enforcement agencies for credit card/check fraud .  We may initiate actions with these agencies if a party's activities threaten or attempt to threaten our operations supporting our merchants' e-commerce or our servers.

Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address), unique identifiers (like their e-mail address), financial information (like their account or credit card numbers), and demographic information (like their zip code, age, or income level). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders to our merchants’ customers. The customer's contact information is used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary.
