TBM Ships your order in confidential brown packages or normal USPS labelled boxes. There is no logo on the outside of boxes and all information is kept confidential. Due to the shipping restrictions, we can ONLY ship USPS, which is federally protected from opening your mail and searching your contents. USPS standard takes between 3 to 5 days to reach its destination.
TBM may have a extra delay in processing times due to out of stock items or backorders. In these situations, TBM will call ahead to let you know if you have an order delay to either change your order and send out a partial order.
TBM sends a signature required package for your first order to confirm destination and recipient. If you wish to have special instructions regarding your package, please email or call us to confirm. USPS does not always leave a tracking slip, so please call us to make sure your package is not sitting at the post office.
Please call or email for a tracking number for your package if you are concerned about the status, or wish to find out where it is. Otherwise, you can expect to recieve your package within 5 to 7 days of ordering.
